When people come up behind you at work, and just stand there and wait for you to notice them. Hello I do not have eyes in the back of my head, nor do I appreciate you looking at my computer screen to pass the time while you wait for me to notice you. Just say something or approach from the front!

OMG I HATE THAT!!! Or people come up behind and I don't notice them and then it scares the shiz out of me when I do notice them!!
I don't know if I've experienced this.... :O That wouldn't mean I'm one to do it does it!!! haha- I don't, that's just creepy!!! :D
