100 things about me

So Jaci mentioned to me that she and Julia were going to do this on their blogs. They got they idea from Julia's sister Tricia, a fellow blog stalker like myself. So I decided to jump on the bandwagon and attempt to list 100 things about me.

1. After dating for 4 years I married my high school sweetheart.

2. We've been married for 5 1/2 years

3. I have two beautiful girls, Kelcy (almost 3)and Madison (7 weeks)

4. My best friend in the whole world is Brittney and we've been best friends for almost 12 years

5.I love to read, in fact I'm pretty much obsessed with it. If you have a book recommendation please tell me.

6. I own more than 1200 books

7. I've only kissed two guys in my whole life, my husband being one of them and the other is my good friend Nate aka. Chuck. aka Chuso

8. I was in Concert Choir and Musical Theatre in high school

9. I love to sing, but not in front of people cause I have horrible stage fright

10. which is why Choir was great, but not solos

11. I cheered for two years in High School. GO JAGUARS!

12. I know all the words and actions to my school fight song

13. I can also sing the school song my choir teacher wrote.

14. I failed geometry my sophomore year because my teacher wouldnt explain anything to me except to "read the book" guess what? the book didnt make sense!

15. I love photography and taking pictures even though I'm not exceptionally good at it

16. I'm terrified of spiders, in fact freaking petrified and have panic attacks that lead to my entire body tensing up and me holding my breath to keep from screaming might more accurately describe it

17. I played soccer for 13 years before deciding i wasn't good enough to play in high school and quitting. stupid me.

18. I love the Utah Jazz!

19. I'm also a huge BYU fan

20. And the Yankees!

21. I get super sick when I'm pregnant. We are talking IV's surgically inserted into my arm for months at a time and super expensive medicine just to keep from throwing up every half an hour.

22. Therefore.. I hate being pregnant.

23. But I love my girls and wouldnt give them up for anything!

24.I get really bad, incapacitating headaches every once in a while, but I'm hesitant to call them migraines because

25. My mom used migraines as an excuse for everything and would frequently go to the doctor to get shots to make them go away. Personally I dont believe she suffers from Migraines but thats just me

26. I dont have a relationship with my mom because she kicked me out on Christmas eve.

27. My sister is a pathological liar and when caught in a lie, will lie more and more rather than just apologize for the lie in the first place

28. My parents are divorced and remarried. or in my moms case divorced, remarried, divorced again, remarried again and divorced again

29. I have 3 half sisters and 2 half brothers, but am the only child born to MY parents

30. I hate my nose and am incredibly sorry to Madison, who inherited it. I will pay for your nose job!

31. I think my eyes are cool

32. I love to scrapbook and wish I had more money to do it

33. I hate money. Mostly I hate the fact that we dont make enough right now to give my girls the security I never had growing up

34. My husband is joining the army, which is so awesome because it will finally allow me to be a stay at home mom and get him a college degree.

35. I have an awesome memory, but have blocked out most of my childhood because of drama

36. I have a tribal heart tattoo on my lower back that I'm going to have Kelcy and Madison's names added to.

37. I'm going to get another one soon. I'm thinking a star on my hip or shoulder to celebrate the whole army thing...

38. I've always wanted to get my belly button pierced but am to self conscious of my stomach to ever do it. Especially now with stretch marks

39. I'm trying to lose at least 20 pounds, but...

40. I love Thanksgiving. LOVE IT!! My grandma makes the best rolls that will seriously hinder the whole 20 lbs thing

41. I'm working on writing a book that will probably never be published, but if I finish it at all thats an accomplishment

42. I love cities. I could never be a country girl. I lived in a small town in Montana for two years and hate the inconvenience of not having anything to do or any where to shop. And I love the noise and business of cities.

43. I'm a very light sleeper, I have to sleep with earplugs in just to drown out some sounds, but I can always hear my girls

44. I'm a very paranoid person.

45. I've never been able to watch a scary movie with my eyes open...

46. and they give me nightmares!! for weeks sometimes

47. The Princess Bride is my favorite movie

48. My favorite color is Pink and always has been but in 5th grade that wasn't cool so I'd say it was black

49. My favorite food is Italian, I love pasta

50. I hate to cook, but I love to eat, which is behind my desire to take cooking classes. Perhaps if I could cook more interesting and delicious food I'd be more likely to stay at home and eat

51. I love french fries

52. My husband is the least romantic person on the planet, which really bothers me sometimes because I love romance! Who wouldnt want to be surprised with flowers or love notes or just any kind of surprise to show that he thinks about me as much as I think about him... sigh

53. Even though I complain about the lack of romance I sure do love him!!!

54. I love Christmas because I love to give presents, I just wish I had enough money to give the presents I really want to give

55. I love to decorate the tree.

56. I love to wrap presents and sing christmas songs

57. I love fireworks and got to see some on my wedding night thanks to Orem summer days festival.

58. I'd love to open up an animal sanctuary one day. With acres and acres of rescued animals of all sort.

59. I'm a huge animal lover and HATE people that abuse animals

60. I cry at everything. I'm a huge baby. Seriously Kodak commercials can drive me to tears in seconds

61. I love books that can make me cry.

62. My only broken bone is a small fracture in my left ankle courtesy of Tracy when I was 18. He didnt actually break it, but it was his idea to play basketball that day even though I said no because I had on platform sandals

63. I want to own a nice big house one day, but I'd be content with a nice small house.

64. The first car I ever owned was a 1996 Dodge Neon that I named Midge

65. My next car was a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT that I bought brand spankin new and named Giselle

66. I recently sold Giselle to my sister and now just drive my husbands Buick Rendezvous

67. I hate to clean and wish I had more desire for my house to be spotless all the time

68. But I've been doing much better lately.

69. Its partly because of Jaci volunteering my house as a hang out spot, and partly because of my kids

70. Doing dishes is my LEAST favorite chore

71. Cleaning the bathroom is my favorite chore.. If you can have a favorite chore

72. I dont mind doing the laundry, but I hate folding it and putting it away

73. Its only been 3 weeks but I really miss my washer and dryer

74. I love cats. They are so low maintenance

75. I'd do anything I could for my friends

76. I hate baby clothes with collars on them

77. I love it when Kelcy says "I love you mom!"

78. My favorite sound is her lauging

79. I'd rather take a bath than a shower

80. In fact I cant think of anything I'd rather do right now than climb into a huge steaming tub with candles and soft music, a bottle of sparkling cider and my husband.

81. But one time we did that I ended up with a rather embarassing burn. Be careful with lighters when you are naked

82. I can type very fast. over 100 words a minute when I get going

83. I have very vivid dreams and lots of them come true so I'm constantly experiencing deja vu

84. I belive in ghosts because I've seen one.

85. I also believe in other supernatural creatures, like shadow people and demons, but I dont believe in vampires or werewolves- no matter how hot Edward Cullen is! :D

86. I love books by Meg Cabot

87. I love to swim

88. But I'm scared of lakes and any body of water where I can't see the bottom, seriously do you know how many dead bodies are in lakes?? Its gross!

89. I often spell Gross GROOS because my friend Melissa did it one day and its an inside joke now. This is also the reason I say Tender, because Brittney did it.

90. I'm obsessed with plucking my eyebrows. If I can feel hairs that need to be plucked and I dont have tweezers I go crazy

91. I probably own ten pairs of tweezers for that reason and I still can never find any when I need them

92. I want to take a Caribbean cruise, hopefully next year

93. I want to go to Europe

94. I'm trying to learn Italian and French before I go to europe

95. I love how snuggly Madison is. Even if she will only sleep on me and not in her expensive bassinet. Babies are only little for so long right?

96. I hate tomatoes

97. I like to be crafty, sewing, designing and what not, the fact that I dont do this stuff often doesnt make me like it any less

98. I really really like my in-laws, more than my own parents in fact

99. I cant wait to give Jaci her christmas present

100. I wish I was loved more.
